What data we keep when you write to us from retentix.app and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Controller: the owner of Retentix, based in Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina, identified in the ARCA (Argentine tax authority) certificate linked from the “Data Fiscal” logo in this site’s footer. Contact: hola@retentix.app.
What we keep
What you fill in on the form: name and email (required), and company, what you need and your message (optional). Also the language and the date you sent it.
What for
To reply to you and, if you want, prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share it and we do not send you advertising.
Who else sees it
Only our cloud hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf, and Cloudflare, the form’s anti-spam service. Their servers are outside Argentina, in countries that may not offer equivalent protection. By sending the form you agree to this (art. 12, Argentine Law 25,326). Ask us if you want to know which providers they are.
How long
Up to 24 months from when you wrote to us. If we start a project, it becomes part of its records.
Your IP
Used to stop spam, stored as an irreversible code that is deleted once 2 hours have passed.
We also use the approximate country that comes from your IP to show prices in your currency; we do not store it.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. We remember in your browser whether you chose light or dark mode.
If you choose a language or a currency, we remember it for one year with two functional cookies that don’t identify you:
- rx-locale: the language you chose.
- rx-currency: the currency you want to see prices in.
Your rights
Write to hola@retentix.app to see, correct or delete your data, free of charge. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and corrections or deletions within 5 business days.
If you are in the European Union, we process your data because you asked us to reply to you and, possibly, to prepare a proposal (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Besides the rights above, you can object to or restrict the processing, ask for your data in a portable format and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country. Write to hola@retentix.app with the subject “EU data request”.
Authority
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose personal data rights are affected.
