Who we are
Controller: the owner of Retentix, based in Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina, identified in the ARCA (Argentine tax authority) certificate linked from the “Data Fiscal” logo in this site’s footer. Contact: hola@retentix.app. Each proposal and invoice includes the owner’s full details.
The site
It explains what we do and lets you contact us. What it says is for guidance only, not an offer: scope, timeline and price are set in each proposal.
The form
Use it with real data. Sending it commits no one.

What we show
Texts, design and brand belong to Retentix. Case studies are published with each client’s permission and their brands are theirs.
Projects
They are governed by their written proposal. Once paid, the code made for your project is yours. Our reusable tools come with a free, perpetual license to use, modify and maintain them, including with another provider.
Liability
Unless the proposal says otherwise, our liability is capped at what you paid for the project, excluding lost profits and indirect damages. This does not apply in case of fraud or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limiting liability.
Law and jurisdiction
Argentine law. Ordinary courts of Paraná, Entre Ríos, except in a consumer relationship.
